Developing a market with Dyson’s core values
With a University Degree in Business Administration, I joined Dyson in 2018 to develop and deploy the People Framework for the startup of Dyson's Mexico market. It was a transformative moment in my career. This opportunity allowed me to leverage my expertise and make a significant impact from the ground up.
There is no such thing as a typical day for me! Dyson thrives on innovation, and each day brings new projects and challenges that support business growth. Whether it's strategising for upcoming initiatives or solving unexpected issues, the dynamic nature of my role keeps me engaged and motivated.
The greatest satisfaction in my role comes from interacting with amazing people daily. Being able to support them in achieving their goals and seeing their progress brings me immense joy.
A prime example of Dyson’s problem-solving spirit is the creation and success of the Mexico market. We faced the unique challenge of establishing a new market that operates differently from others. By questioning the status quo and exploring how we could make Mexico competitive and successful while preserving the essence, culture, and values of our organization, we achieved remarkable results.
At Dyson, there is always room for improvement, and we can always find better ways to do things. This mindset drives us to become the best possible versions of ourselves and continually push the boundaries of what is possible.
