My background is diverse, with significant experience in the tourism services sector, where I have held managerial roles. Seeking fresh challenges, I transitioned into Change Management, which became my gateway to the world of IT. Over the years, I have honed my skills in IT Service Management, Project Management, and eventually evolved into a Business Analyst. Since joining Dyson, I've been proudly contributing to Dyson's Commercial and Connectivity team.

My day involves storytelling, crafting User Stories and having a blast collaborating with a vibrant team – the creative minds in UX, the data wizards in analytics, and our accessibility gurus. Together, we're on a mission to make our solutions not just functional but dazzling. It's a joy ride filled with laughter, the occasional tech hiccup, and immense satisfaction. At the end of the day, we all share smiles knowing we're creating user-centric magic.
