There’s no such thing as a typical day at Dyson. No set routine. No playbook to follow. Only committing to continuous problem solving. And that’s exactly what keeps me here.
In my role, I work across APAC markets and other regions, collaborating with retail and group teams, as well as external partners to deliver standout retail experiences. Whether it’s aligning Dyson’s expectations with suppliers or driving efficiencies across projects, it all comes down to problem solving and doing it with pace.
When I joined my current team, it felt like a natural next step. I’d already worked in-market and knew the kind of support needed to truly drive results on-ground and on a markets-level. Dyson gave me the opportunity to take that experience regional—to scale best practices, challenge the status quo, and bring real commercial impact to life.
One of the most defining experiences in my career was taking on an international assignment in Korea. I said yes immediately, with no hesitations. The project was to help transition the market from a distributor model to a Dyson subsidiary. It was uncharted territory for me: new country, new team, and serious market competition. But it taught me how to lead outside my comfort zone and think like an entrepreneur. That mindset still drives me today.
Dyson gives you the space to step up. If you see an opportunity to improve something, you’re encouraged to go for it, even if it’s outside your job description. I once built a joint business plan that not only gave our market teams additional retail support, but also unlocked significant cost savings for the region.
What keeps things exciting is the constant evolution in Dyson. I’ve worked on launches from vacuums to headphones. That variety and the autonomy I’ve been given by leaders to grow through it keeps the role energising. Here, you're not just executing projects, you’re shaping the way things are done.
